Happy baking and enjoy your spiced, crumb-topped marbled pumpkin cake! 🎃🍰 🍰 Turn ON Subtitles To get Your Language! 🍰 Ingredients: Pumpkin puree / Mashed Pumpkin 150g (⅔ cup) Butter 150g (⅔ cup) Sugar 125g (½ cup, 2 tablespoons) Plain Flour 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons) Baking powder 1 teaspoon 3 Eggs Pumpkin spice 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon For the crumb topping: Brown sugar 50g (¼ cup) Butter 3 tablespoons Plain flour 50g (⅓ cup) Chopped nuts 30g (about ¼ cup) For the sprinkling: Just mix Brown Sugar 2-3 tablespoons Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon Pumpkin spice 1 teaspoon For the white icing drip: Just mix Powdered sugar 60g (½ cup) Milk 1-2 tablespoons Measuring cup size - 240ml Baking pan 21x11x6 cm (2 Lb) Method: Prepare the crumble topping: Add all the ingredients into a bowl. Mix by and until you get a crumbly texture. Set aside. Prepare the cake batter: Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Add all the wet ingredients into the same bowl. Whisk for about 20-30 seconds. Give it a mix. Whisk again for about 20-30 seconds. Give a final mix. Mix and prepare the sprinkling ingredients separately.
