This playthrough is kind of a mess, my brain was already fried before I started (I forgot to put on Waluigi palette for Chapter 8 ;n;). Casual playthrough where I dabbled a bit in speedrun mode and just doing my own thing lol 60 fps is great 90% of the time; obviously has some issues. There's a mute-audio glitch that happens if you spam through pick-ups too fast and it also makes superguards even harder believe it or not, certain objects that levitate are sometimes slowed down: infamously the map whenever you go back to TTYD being out of sync with the cutscene/audio. Chapter 2 is horrendous when you get the punies; their ai / aggro is terrible in 60 fps. You'll see me hot key back in forth from 30 and 60 just to carry on w/o having to run over every punie that remained idle in the group. My experience with this playthrough was through Yuzu. Still, playing the game natively with the clean framerate and a way to make text SOMEWHAT fast again, it feels good to have a remake that's closer to the Gamecube game in terms of speediness and performance.
