Welcome back to a new vlog, probably my favourite vlog ever 🥹 My first Christmas away from home was incredible, filled with so much laughter, baking, sunrises and amazing people ❤️ links: https://bondisands.com.au/products/te... https://www.becandbridge.com.au/colle... https://oddmuse.co.uk/products/the-ul... https://peppermayo.com/products/sarah... 🍌Banana Bread recipe: (refined sugar free) 3 large ripe bananas 2 large eggs 60g melted coconut oil for a richer flavour) 60ml maple syrup (or honey if preferred) 1 tsp vanilla extract 250g plain flour 1.5 tsp baking soda 1.5 tsp baking powder 2 tsp ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp salt 80g dark chocolate chips (look for at least 70% cocoa content for less sugar) 30g chopped walnuts or pecans Method: Preheat the oven to 180c and grease a 23x13 cm loaf pan. Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla. Mix well. Whisk the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt) in a separate bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
