Healing Garment: The Olives

I wrote this song in 1996 after receiving supernatural healing from the hand of God. I had been to several doctors and my bedroom was like a little chemist. I was badly addicted to medication but nothing could cure the disease. I lost all hope of getting better. But one morning, I decided to throw away all my medication and knelt down to pray. The Holy Spirit helped me to remember the woman with an issue of blood for 12 years, (Mark 5:25). She fought her way through a packed room believing in her heart that if could only touch the hem of Jesus's garment, I would be healed. My faith was lifted and I believed it too because I believed Jesus loves me and He will hear my prayer. I was playing music from a CD titled "Lily of the Valley." God is faithful brothers and sisters. He is our healer as it is written in the book of Isaiah 53. If He healed me instantly. He is the same yesterday, today and forever and He can heal you too. You don't need miracle water, nor oil, nor cloth, nor prophet, no bishop, nor man of God, not anyone touching your head, but Jesus Christ alone. (Romans 10: 6-8) “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ down from above) or, “ ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
