Everyone Said Maintaining A Nissan GT-R Is EXPENSIVE...

More miles on my Daily Driven GT-R.... Time for a service!! $$$ In todays video my 2014 Nissan GT-R gets a full transmission service and front/rear differential servicing. The guys at SOHO Motorsports show us how to change the oil in the GT-R transmission, and then how to change the gear oil in the differentials. This was much needed maintenance for my car! Nissan recommends at 35k miles to have these services done, so I figured since I'm close, I'll have it done! While it is a pretty expensive oil change since the Motul oil alone costs over $300, it's ever 35k miles. So I won't have to do this for many many years. Nissan brand oil is apparently around $80 per quart while Motul brand is $20-$30 per quart. And Motul makes Nissan's oil!! Overall using a lift and having a pump this GT-R servicing wasn't too bad of a job. And I'm glad my car is one step closer to being in tip top shape! You can definitely DIY the transmission flush and diff flushes, but having a lift is so much more convenient and it so I could really show the process.
