ROSS RACING ENGINES and HILBORN FUEL INJECTION Stroked 371 Olds!

Ross Racing Engines takes the early Olds platform to a new level by incorporating the power production of a Hilborn Fuel Injection EFI-R system. Tony Lombardi of Ross Racing Engines developed the adapters to mount the Hilborn IR throats to the early Olds heads. The output of this engine climbed dramatically over carburetion yet this combination will have silky smooth part throttle drivability. The 371 was stroked to 393cid and utilized Ross aluminum heads, rockers and roller cam. Final compression ratio was 10.25 to1. On pump gas the power numbers were a VERY impressive 473hp and 468ft/lbs. Hilborn Fuel Injection also supplied the Holley HP engine management system and the Weldon Racing A600A and 2040 regulator. Both worked flawlessly allowing Tony to dyno tune the engine in one day, Hilborn EFI-R systems for the 303-324-371-394 Olds engines are available from Ross Racing Engines.
