This one is a tuff one, I have looked up so many videos, help guides, and multiple trial and errors of game days in this game. I thought my game was glitched or there was an issue with the game because how hard this Fish was to even get a bite. Things that I did after all my research that I read about that finally got me this Fish. 1. Don't try to catch this Fish at a low level. 2. Get a good Rod and Reel- This Fish is 20+lbs 3. Make sure all of what you equip is for freshwater fishing. 4. Make sure your line is rated for 20lb fish. 5. Make sure to put on a Titanium Leader, it will cut your line or break it easily if you dont have that equipped. 6. Do not put the Pole in a pole holder it likes to nibble and will steal your bait if you do not have your remote in your hand. 7. Twitch the bait, if it is left to long just sitting you will not get a bite. I twitched it about every 5 in game mins. 8. I think the Fish jumps spawns each day because I tried every pike spot including the one I caught it at finally multiple times without a nibble. (So there is a matter of luck and fast forwarding to high Fish catch times) 9. If you do not get a bite within 20 game mins I would fast forward to the next high Fish catch time) 10. I found it easier to catch it in the kayak then the fishing dock because it can pull you if you don't have the anchor down saving your line and wear on the equipment. Good luck and keep fishing!
