It's an applied version of the crispy almond bread dough that I uploaded before, but the existing recipe was very thick, so I had difficulty kneading it. It's a devilish garlic bread. 😁 Be sure to make it!! 🧄 Crispy Garlic Bread 🧄 ▶ Ingredients ◀ 12ea Preheat at 374℉(190℃), bake for 10-11 minutes at 356℉(180℃) ✏ bread dough 135g water 10g sugar 2g salt 2 g instant dry yeast 12g unsalted butter 160g bread flour 80g cake flour ✏ garlic sauce 100g unsalted butter 75g sugar 1g salt 45g minced garlic, drained 1g parsley flakes (can be omitted if desired) sugar for topping ◼ How to store ◼ Up to 3 days at room temperature in an OPP bag or airtight container with silica gel. Refrigerate x When frozen, consume within 3 weeks!
