With over 32,000 kilometers worth of bicycle paths, Holland is a real cycling country with many fantastic cycling routes. How to get to Amsterdam 1. By public transport Amsterdam is easily accessible by public transport from Schiphol Airport. For travel within the city you can buy an Amsterdam Travel Ticket or an Amsterdam & Region Travel Ticket. 2. By car If you are coming by car, make sure to seek out information about parking in Amsterdam. Amsterdam Light Festival from December 1, 2022 to January 22, 2023 This season, the Festival of Lights is taking place for the eleventh time. Every year, the best ideas are selected from hundreds of concepts. The city, architects and light artists work together to present only the most spectacular works to the public.
