Central Boiler E-Classic fail.

This is my second Central Boiler stove. I sold my previous Classic for this more "efficient" (cough, cough) E-Classic. What a foolish mistake! Sometimes the ignitor works, sometimes it doesn't, like today. I saw my temp was way down (59 degrees, when it should be around 120-140) and I knew it wasn't due to a lack of wood I put in from the evening before. I came up this morning and look what I found...wood that never took because the gun must have kicked off (it was set at 30 minutes). Yes I have propane. Yes it was just cleaned a few days ago...yes to all those types of questions...I know what I'm doing. And get this, the secondary never kicks in. This thing is engineered to do one thing...drive you nuts! It is high maintenance compared to the previous one. And, the propane gun doesn't take over like the older Classics. So I can't go anywhere unless I find someone who absolutely knows how to work one of these...so generally the guy down the street will more than likely not do it right, especially with the reaction chamber, and it'll not work for him...this meaning that I cannot go anywhere during the cold months. It's so frustrating. That stupid gun was $1000...and is nothing more than a fancy fire starter...not dual fuel as I was lead to believe by the factory and my local rep. He even admitted he didn't know that it wasn't dual fuel until I had it for a few months and couldn't figure out why it wasn't kicking in to keep my temp up while gone. I bought one of the wifi systems to let my app know if the temp is down, but the $250 it cost, you'd have to have some darn good electrical skill to set it up. Instead of making it an easy add-on, plug and play set up, Central Boiler made this thing impossible to set up when you're using your stove because it genuinely looks like a nightmare to set up and install. So, I'll have to wait till early summer to set it up. Now that means that I won't be alerted on my phone when I get an "FO"...FIRE OUT! Like I said, Central Boiler really had a great product with the older Classics...this E-Classic sucks. Oh...and don't be fooled by the 50 percent less wood BS! Maybe 15-20% less...but not 50! Thats a sales pitch that might only apply to warmer southern states. Good luck out there.
