Craftsman Battery Not Charging - How I Fixed It

The Craftsman charger has only 3 indicators for my charger, solid green light, blinking green light and red light. The blinking green light means the battery is charging while solid green indicates that the battery is fully charged. If the battery is too hot or cold, it would trigger the hot/cold delay and result in red light. There is no direct indicator light telling you that the battery is bad unlike other battery charger like dewalt, milwaukee, etc. How do you know if your battery is bad? I have the 20V craftsman batteries and I would say these 2 scenarios mean your battery is bad No light at all when charging the Craftsman battery Charger shows solid green light, in normal case it means the battery is fully charged. But when I pressed the battery indicator, it is not fully charged. To solve this issue, connect the B+ to B+ terminal, and B- to B- terminal. Let it stay connected for around 15 seconds. Try to recharge it again, the charger show charge fine now and blinking green light.
