Some session highlights of a recent session I did with Chloe Hill. Chloe has great experience at the top level, playing for the South East Stars, Southern Vipers and being drafted into the Hundred franchise, the London Spirit. After a few months off, she wanted to get back into training her keeping regularly. In this session we look at some alignment work, opposite hand presentation, leg side work, and putting it altogether with the mannequin in the way.
