Hi Friends. Today's lesson features the early stages of Abraham's life and his being called by God. You will notice fairly quickly that every saint in the Bible is a sinner saved by grace. This is encouraging news to us- for God does NOT save a person because of good works, obeying the 10 commandments or anything else. Salvation/forgiveness of sins/right standing with God, and eternal life have everything to do with God's amazing grace and by His initiative. Such is the gift of God- but you must receive such on His terms and not think that you can come to God your own way. Believe on the LORD Jesus Christ and you shall be saved. Have a great day.
