I have been wanting to try using this Ooni Koda 16 Pizza Oven to cook veggies and meats super fast and high heat. This recipe came out amazing and I hope you all get to try doing this at home. Pork chops -Boneless Pork Chops -Olive oil -Garlic Salt Prep Put pork chops into a zip lock bag and pound with a mallet, wine bottle, or pan until thin (This is the key to making tender juicy pork chops or even chicken breasts) Pour about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil Season to your liking of garlic salt Brussel Sprouts Brussel sprouts -Olive oil -Garlic salt Prep Cut ends off of the brussel sprout Quarter them Place into a bowl to toss Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil -Add garlic salt to your liking Cooking the Pork chops Place the Ooni Grizzler plate into the pizza over to preheat for about 15 min. once heated carefully take out the plate and place onto a heat safe surface. Oil the surface with oil of your choice, add the chops and place back into the oven. Rotate and cook the meat until you achieve your desired chop style. Cooking the Brussel Sprouts Using a aluminum sheet pan, place the brussel sprouts directly onto the pizza stone. Turn every minute or two, Also move around the brussel sprouts to avoid coloring too much. Pro Tip- I would recommend next time to blanch the brussels for about a minute, drain, salad spin to remove excess water before launching into the oven.
