I can't believe how much amazing Ital Food was at this festival! This was the first of it's kind at Plantation Cove Jamaica, with tons of celebrity chefs like Aris LaTham, guest speakers like Queen Afua & Mutabaruka and tons of music and vibes. I had some amazing RAW ackee dish, mountain sop juice and Hypa roots tonic, spicy sorrel kombucha, Ital polenta and meatballs, zucchini pasta Jamaican style, and finished it off with an insane dessert zen bowl of acai.
