Jello chocolate pudding mix 16 oz. Oreo cookies (crushed) - Save 4 cookies 1. Put metal stand mixer bowl and whipping attachment in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. 2. Remove metal stand mixer bowl and whipping attachment from the freezer and attach to stand mixer. 3. Pour in heavy whipping cream and start the mixer on medium high setting. 4. Before stiff peaks form, add in the vanilla extract and confectioners sugar. 5. Whip until stiff peaks form and set aside. 6. In a separate bowl, pour in the cold milk and add the Jello pudding mix. 7. Beat with a wire whisk for two minutes. 8. Fold in ¾ (about 12 oz) of whipped cream and half of the Oreo cookie crumbs. 9. Layer the bottom of eight serving glasses with Oreo cookie crumbs. 10. Pour in ⅛ of pudding mixture into each glass. 11. Top with more cookie crumbs and chill for 60 minutes. 12. When serving, garnish a dollop of whipped cream and one half of an Oreo cookie.
