This is our Sweepstakes Award-Winning performance at the 2024 UIL State Mariachi Festival at the Seguin HS Performing Arts Center on Saturday, 02/24/24. McHi Mariachi Oro earned the highest possible accolades bringing home “Straight Division 1 Superior Ratings” from all of the judges for the 9th year in a row and in every single year of the UIL State Festival! This is a truly remarkable achievement as only 3 schools in the entire State of Texas have attained such an extraordinary and elite distinction! 🎶🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🎶 Furthermore, each and every one of our mariachi members were selected as 2024 “State UIL Outstanding Performers” for the ENTIRE ENSEMBLE, bringing home a grand total of 17 Outstanding Performer Medals making this the 5th time in program history to achieve this and tied for most in the history of the UIL State Mariachi Festival! 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 Song Selections: 1.
