The Q&A is the last 15 mins of the video. Note on the PFD - I still had my old life jacket on this trip and it was very uncomfortable for paddling. This used to result in not wanting to wear it, except in rapids when I felt it was critical. I now have a paddling PFD and I wear it all the time. For Erin's sake more than anything, because it would not be fair to her to die that way. I'm not PFD police but I will just say that a comfortable life jacket that's designed for paddling will make all the difference.
