Pokémon SwSh - "Route 1" (Piano Sheet Music)

A piano solo arrangement of the music that plays on route 1 and route 2, in the games Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. FINALLY, a week after Sword and Shield's release, here's my first arrangement that's actually in the SwSh soundtrack! I've really wanted to publish this one for a while, but I was too busy playing Shield LOL I'll definitely do a lot more sheets from these games - Go Ichinose and Minako Adachi have knocked it out of the park again! One of the things I like about SwSh's music is the use of 12/8, or any time signatures that group notes in threes; those are my favourite time signatures ~~because Mystery Dungeon~~ And here's one of those 12/8 pieces. It has a very fun and carefree atmosphere to it, with the 12/8-feel adding an extra bit of bounciness with the "swing" rhythm in the background. It's like a feeling of childlike joy at setting off for your "first" Pokemon adventure. I made this arrangement especially "cutesy" at some points, to exaggerate this feeling a little more - I reduced the rhythm section a bit, and softened the dynamics down to piano alongside making everything a few octaves higher than written. The piece actually also heavily reminds me of Littleroot Town, especially past bar 19, where it shares a very similar descending cadence.
