Filmed back in November this was our annual British Locomotive Studios team meet up at the Great Central Railway for the Last Hurrah Gala. The event is in a sense a mixed traffic gala with all available steam locomotives in action with a select number of diesel locomotives. On this occasion the star attraction was undoubtedly Class 20 D8001 which has been on long term hire to the Great Central Railway. Most of the BLS Team turned up for this weekend, However it is worth noting a lot of them turned up for the Sunday of the event with Part 1 mainly consisting of those who turned up on the Friday and Saturday.
