I think it's easy to say that this is the most difficult mission out of the four given by King Courtney. I really wanted to drive to Portland to find the Diablo Stallion and Mafia Sentinel, but they never seem to spawn anywhere whenever I try this method. While I could fix it by going to the parked Mafia Sentinels in north Saint Mark (not to mention that this mission does not even disable the hostle Mafia), same cannot be said for the Diablo gang car as you can only find them in the streets driven by the gang members. So unfortunately I had no choice but to park those two cars at the safe house at Staunton Island. Not long ago I had the idea of replaying Grand Theft Auto III with a little twist, I'd have to beat the missions with a wanted level. I always thought that GTA III had some of the most aggressive police forces in the entire series and for a few good reasons. The AI would do whatever it takes to take you down, even if it would cost their lives. As for the weapons, they are OP as fuck due to the poor balancing. Rules: No health or body armor pickups (with the exception of entering an Ambulance or Enforcer). No police bribe pickups. We want to make this as difficult as possible. No cheats allowed (with the exception of the wanted level cheat). Missions that requires you to visit Pay n' Spray or when game removes the wanted level after completing a certain part of a mission, I will not continue the mission until the wanted level is back again. This is where the wanted level cheat comes in handy.
