No more cat litter - less waste No more plastic bags to collect waste - less waste Less waste = less pollutants = less products that end in the landfill & less waste that can end in the water We use a septic tank - waste does not end into public water We use a well water system - we do not use public waste water system = Less chances of affecting the Rivers, Lakes, and Coastal Waters in Our Community Less chances of having toxoplasma by Handling cat feces Benefits of Cat Toilet Training: no longer cleaning feces or urine No longer smelling urine or feces Less contamination Less expenses Tips: tape the toilet 🚽 lid so it doesn’t fall on the cat Have the litter box in the bathroom where you will start the training. Use the bathroom yourself in front of the cat so they know the toilet is for peeing and pooping Remove any rugs in the bathroom and have it as clean as possible Once the cat starts the toilet training do not have others using the bathroom if possible Cats like a clean environment so clean after they use the bathroom At first it will be messy with all the litter so having a broom in the bathroom comes in handy. Positive reinforcement Best if a person can be there when the cat starts training Cats have bacterias in their feces specially Toxoplasma which can pass through the placenta in humans and affect the child. In our case the flushable feces go into a septic tank so not into the public water.
