Transfer Methi To The Flour Mixture Make A Medium Tight Dough Using Little Water Glaze The Dough With Oil To Avoid Scaling Of Dough Rest The Dough For 10 Min Make A Cylinder Of Dough And Cut Into Uniform Equal Portions With The Help Of Palm Press Dough Balls To Make Mathri Discs Heat Oil In A Pan To Medium Hot And Deep Fry Mathri Till Crisp Transfer The Mathri On A Kitchen Towel Store It In Air Tight Container When Cooled Thoroughly.
