Shutter speed 1/50 second using PolarPro ND filters. I may try shooting at 30fps with 1/60 shutter speed next mountain bike video to cut down on vibration. Audio is directly from the GoPro internal microphones with audio post processing in Adobe Premiere. I also use dead cat wind reducers over the microphone holes.
