Turbo OutRun Longplay (Arcade) [QHD]

Developed and published by Sega in 1989 I published a longplay and review of Turbo OutRun back in 2015, and reading it back, I wasn't a massive fan. I decided to record a new QHD longplay, and I was curious to see whether my attitude toward the game had changed. Although I still prefer the original, I actually quite enjoyed playing through the sequel. Whether it's because I have a new monitor to play the game on, or whether I was using a proper analogue controller for steering, I found this second playthrough a better experience; I still don't like the massive speed gauges in the bottom left because they take up too much of the visible screen area, but I certainly enjoyed this second playthrough more than I expected. #outrun #ferrari #retrogames
