Lance Younger has spent his entire career in the procurement space, working with Global 2000 organizations, primarily in transformational roles. For Ivalua, orchestration is the automation of workflows, data flows, and now agents on their platform. This links individual processes together and dips in and out of sourcing, contracting, supplier management, all the way through to payment. The platform is architected to handle the complexities of large enterprises, such as splitting pods, tens of ERP systems, and thousands of users spread across many countries. For Lance, the critical element is speed. Ivalua has been able to productionize agents on their platform and bring them live since the beginning of the year with their biggest enterprise customers (like Novartis, Roche, and GSK). This allows them to put the right solutions in place fast and meet the need for agility.
