Street style Chole Bhature at the comfort of your home!! No Onion No Garlic Chole , with flaky & soft puffed Bhature , very quick and easy to make. all you need is Ingredients: 1 cup Chickpeas soaked 1 Bayleaf 2 Black Cardemom 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 tea bag 1 tbsp Ghee 2 medium tomato Ginger chopped 1 green chilli 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp roasted Cumin Powder 2 tsp Chana/ Chole Masala Salt to taste 1 Cup Maida/ Plain flour 1/2 cup Soda water Oil to fry /Cook Method: 1) Soak Chole/ Chickpeas for 5-6 hours then rinse with fresh water anf boil with garam masala, water, bay leaf, salt and black cardemom. 2) make a paste of tomato and 1 tbsp boiled chickpeas ( this will enhance the taste and make gravy thick and rich) 3) now heat a pan , add 1 tbsp ghee, jeera, hing, chopped ginger and slit green chilli, add all dry masala and cook for 30 seconds then add tomato paste and cook until ghee separates. 4) mix the cooked paste into boiled chickpeas and add little water as required and cook for 1 whistle...garnish with coriander leaves and it's ready!! 5) to make bhature mix salt in plain flour and knead with soda water. dough must be soft , let it rest for 5 minutes . 6) then take small dough ball & roll as thin as possible and deep fry in hot oil.
