Beginning - Going over what's next, boat is cradled time to get the floor cut out.. the tool I'm using to cut the floor 45 seconds in - Cutting out the floor & seat base 1:47 minutes - Going over what I find under the floor, so many bad things.. a random washer, a pen from 1971, fiberglass where it shouldn't have been, stringer placement, rotten wood, strange writing under the seat base, rusted finish nails, mice nests, just poorly constructed... 5:32 minutes - Finishing cutting and prying out the floor. 6:03 minutes - Finding the two cores and going over the damage, also going over fiberglass on the floor unfortunately the floor was constructed in three pieces with nothing under the seat base, what needs to be done to fix that and moving forward. 8:42 minutes - Cutting out the cores, explaining what a boat core is, specifically the core of a HydroStream Panther. 10:51 minutes - Chipping, prying and cutting out the rotten transom, going over the damage that was done to the transom and what caused it. 11:56 minutes - Transom is gone, explaining two more pieces of core that need to be removed at bottom sides of the sponsons laminated to the back, the front ring needs to be removed and what's next.
