We are reinforcing our Poly Tunnel / Hoop House by adding tonnes of extra earth along the sides to hold down the plastic. It has been 8 months since we installed the Poly Tunnel and the plastic has now settled so before winter sets in we make sure it is not going anywhere. We also renew our pathways with wood chips purchased form the local authority which is a godsend as the price is a fraction of what it is in the stores. Ian & Julie are building their tiny homestead and soon to be starting the biggest project of their lives - a Passive House Container Home which will be totally off grid.
