In this video, I share a realization I came to as a Hindu — one that genuinely surprised me the more I studied it. I grew up practicing Hinduism. I visited temples, celebrated festivals, repeated prayers, and absorbed the idea that spirituality is about seeking the Highest truth. When I was young, my parents once took me to a mosque on a Friday - and I witnessed something that felt like a miracle. That moment stayed in my mind, and it quietly made me curious about Islam for years. So when I finally started reading about Islam, I expected to find mostly differences — and I did. But the deeper I read, the more I realized something important: Islam and Hinduism often start from very different foundations — especially in how they understand God, worship, and what happens after death. This video is my respectful exploration of those differences — not to “prove” one over the other, but to understand what each tradition is actually saying at its core, and to share what I personally admired along the way. In the video, I explore how both religions understand: God - Islam’s focus on Allah as one, formless, and incomparable, and Hinduism’s range from personal forms of God (like Vishnu, Shiva, Devi) to Brahman as the highest, formless reality How God is worshipped - no images in Islam vs divine forms and icons in many Hindu traditions Daily devotion - 5 prayers, Ramadan, charity, and discipline vs Hindu devotional practices like puja, mantra, kirtan, and festivals Karma and moral consequence vs accountability to God, repentance, and mercy Samsara (rebirth) and temporary heaven/hell (Swarga/Naraka) vs one life, Barzakh, resurrection, and Judgment Day ✨ This video is about understanding — not judgment. It’s about comparing ideas carefully, without mocking, misrepresenting, or turning faith into a “debate sport.” After watching this video, you may reflect on: ✅ How your view of God shapes everything else ✅ Why karma/samsara and judgment aren’t the same framework ✅ Why daily devotion looks so different across religions ✅ What I personally admired about Islamic discipline and practice ✅ How to compare religions respectfully without reducing them to stereotypes 🪔 Disclaimer: This video reflects my personal learning journey and my attempt to describe both traditions respectfully and accurately in simple language. It is not intended to insult, invalidate, or convert anyone. Islam and Hinduism are both vast, with many schools, sects, and interpretations - so this is a high-level comparison of central themes, not an attack on any community. I welcome thoughtful corrections and respectful dialogue in the comments. 🌿 Whether you’re Hindu, Muslim, spiritual, curious, questioning, or just exploring ideas — I hope this video helps you understand both traditions more clearly. 👉 Share your thoughts (respectfully) in the comments 👍 Like if you enjoy interfaith + philosophy discussions 🔔 Subscribe for more videos on Hinduism, Vedanta, spirituality, and comparative religion #hinduism #islam #religion #comparativereligion #vedanta #hindu #advaita #sanatanadharma #allah #ramadan #salah #karmayoga #moksha #spirituality #philosophy #hinduscripture #indianphilosophy #interfaith #educational #explained #vlog #hinduphilosophy #religiousquotes #muslim
