Rather, it's like a medical recipe for those who say "I just want nothing else than filling my stomach and feasting my eyes at the same time". MALZEMELER / INGREDIENTS 500 g Yağsız Dana Eti / Lean Beef 1 kg Havuç / Carrots 1 kg Pirinç / Rice 1 Soğan / Onion Sıcak Su / Hot Water (pirincin üzerini geçecek kadar / enough amount to cover the rice in the pot) Tuz & Karabiber / Salt & Blackpepper Ayçiçek Yağı / Sunflower Oil (or any vegetable oil of your choice)
