Come along with me as we bake together and clean! Thanks for being here and I hope you enjoyed this week's video! Chocolate Rolls Recipe Dough 3 cup warm water 2Tbsp. yeast 1 cup. Sugar 1 Tbsp. Salt 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs Filling: 2c. sugar 1/2c. cocoa 1c. butter 1 cup flour 2 cups milk 2 tsp vanilla Icing: 2c. cream 4tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp.vanilla 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter Directions: In a large bowl, combine all the dry dough ingredients Same thing with the wet ingredients.Mix both together,add all purpose flour till you form a nice soft dough. Set aside for 1 hour.Meanwhile,mix all the filling ingredients in a pot and cook on medium,stirring constantly,until nice and thick.let stand till dough is ready.Divide the dough in 2 or 3 if you wish . Roll dough out then spread the filling onto dough. Spread pudding over rolled out dough and make rolls just like if you make cinnamon rolls start baking right away. Bake at 375 F or 400 F.repeat with the rest of them. Icing:mix 1 1/2 cups cream,vanilla,sugar,and butter in a pot.bring to boil.meanwhile mix 1/2 cup cream with cornstarch.Add to mixture stirring constantly till boiling.let cool. Then once icing is cooled pour over chocolate rolls. Chewy Oatmeal Cookies Author Fiona Dowling Ingredients 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar packed 1 large egg 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp honey 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup quick oats* 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats* Instructions Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. In a large bowl beat together the butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract and honey. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary. With the mixer on low speed carefully beat in the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix in the quick oats and large flake oats. Form the dough into balls about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons in size and place 2 inches apart on the lined cookie sheets. Bake 1 cookie sheet at a time in the middle rack of your oven for 9-11 minutes, or until the tops look just set.
