Requirement of exemplary conduct. All commanding officers and others in authority in the Air Force are required- (1) to show in themselves a good example of virtue, honor, patriotism, and subordination; (2) to be vigilant in inspecting the conduct of all persons who are placed under their command; (3) to guard against and suppress all dissolute and immoral practices, and to correct, according to the laws and regulations of the Air Force, all persons who are guilty of them; and (4) to take all necessary and proper measures, under the laws, regulations, and customs of the Air Force, to promote and safeguard the morale, the physical well-being, and the general welfare of the officers and enlisted persons under their command or charge. ----------------------------- His sanctimonious, damaging LOR issuance, ignominious orders of expectations with 1/5 awarness of my "CDE" Diagnoses, and now this ARTICLE 15 - NJP issuance, is microscopic to the overall brazen disobedience of the above regulation that is REQUIRED OF A 30 YR GROUP COMMANDER, to include his predecessor Col Barry Roche, "4" squadron commanders, "5" 1st Sgt's, "3" Chiefs, multiple supervisors, the majority of the disgraceful mental health clinic to include their squadron and group commander's negligence [Maj Wiley/Oldham/Grandin/Col Cermack] and lastly the hypocritical, nefarious, dishonorable, DISGRACEFUL CAFB wing commander himself Col Jeremy Bergin. ----------------------------- 1.) I have not been provided a SINGLE accommodation post this conversation. 2.) I have been denied ALL prior OFF BASE MH accommodation recommendations that diagnosed me with PTSD, to include the 10 week out patient program via Laurel Ridge Treatment Center in San Antonio Tx., to TELEWORK. Lt Col Vazquez, Col Roche, CAFB mental health clinic, Col Churchill, and Col Bergin HAVE ALL DENIED ME BEING ABLE TO TELEWORK WITH FALSE, ARBITRARY, & DECEPTIVE REASONS that I have debunked time after time. 3.) I have still not received the physical copy of these CDE "results" that explains Major/Dr. Minarcik's rational of her "criteria" found. 4.) I still have not had a "post" CDE TTM happen yet, let alone scheduled... with how "dire" everyone's understanding of it being "crucial", discussed in my last TTM on 5/31.... 5.) On 6/13/24, CAFB wing commander, Col Jeremy Bergin, schedules a secret LAST min TTM meeting for the next day (secret due to me or my ADC not having knowledge of) with many complicit "leaders" in attendance to include the past deputy wing commander Col Greer, other commanders such as Col Churchill, Maj Abdullai, the flight commander from MH Maj Wiley, Maj Oldman, the now unlawful group SEL SMSgt hunt, the absolutely smug and disrespectful group chief, CMSgt Marberg, the highly disgraceful 1st Sgt Ike, & lastly 1st Sgt Calhoun, from my understanding. 6.) The following 2nd duty day (6/18/23), from their secret TTM, I am issued an LOR from Col Churchill (live video also uploaded), due to a blown up encounter that I had with the disgraceful 1st Sgt Ike of the 27 SOLRS due to his harassment & heckling of me (audio also on my youtube channel), that I'm sure they've discussed during their secret squirrel meeting 🐿️ 7.) On 6/25, The MSG group commander, Col Churchill, now issues me orders of "his" work expectations... with knowing JUST 1/5 of my "CDE" diagnoses, from me asking him if, "he was aware of 5/5 of them." He tells me he was, and then flagrantly FAILS to state any of the others but IED, (on my youtube channel). ------------------------------- The seriousness of this phone call, now added with the acting comander Maj abdullai's CIS MEB (duty hindering) statements about me on 6/26/24, with the uncontrollable outrage "altercation" that I displayed from the reprehensible provocation of 1st Sgt Ike, to ALSO include my VISIBLE rage for now Col Churchill, Sr Hunt, & Col Bergin, is an absolute brazen failure of this wing commander Col Jeremy Bergin who has now shown a significant irresponsiblity for the failure of his subordinate commanders to handle this situation, AND an utter display of his out right dereliction of duty that's required of HIMSELF to handle this situation, under Title 10 USC 8583 - requirements of exemplary conduct. ------------------------------ I DO NOT FEAR THIS MAN, NOR ARREST, NOR PRE TRIAL CONFINEMENT, NOR ANOTHER COURT MARTIAL, NOR HIM NOW CEASING ALL PAY & BENIFITS from me and my family. I will not rest nor weary, until I press charges on him come day 1 of me being a civilian, to include his entire corrupt staff & subordinates on this dishonorable, vile acting, hypocritical scandal having, UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION FORSAKEN BASE, respectfully.
