Man, it’s crazy to think that it’s already been a year since my first animatic haha So I remade it for y’all and I’m really happy with the outcome! Flashing Warning, cuz there’s a few parts in it that require that I just wanted to thank you guys so much for 1 year of animatics and (let’s be honest) the start of my YT channel (even though I created the channel back in 2014 and it’s gone through many phases up until now haha) You guys made my year and have inspired me to keep creating, even if what I’m making isn’t SSAU or FW because I forget to work on those sometimes whoopsie The feedback has been incredible and I often think about what my friend Ty has said before about my fan base, which is that it’s such a wholesome community and is just so nice to each other. I find myself very lucky to have gotten a fan base such as y’all! Before I forget: I do not own this song! This song is “The Mind Electric” by MiracleMusical ( Actually, I did do the mixing for this particular version of this song! I took the original, and the instrumental, and all that, and did some audio mixing to give it better sound! Hopefully it comes through alright haha) I do not own the characters! Robot Grian, NPC Grian, and Grian belong to Grian, and I’m just makin’ a little animatic with them for funsies I do, however, own the animatic itself So if you like what you see, please like, comment, subscribe, all that jazz I guess haha Some fun facts about this animatic remake: I decided to do more colour in it than the original had because it made it feel more complete Also, the height differences between the 3 of them are more defined now (I headcanon that since Grian is 5’6, he made NPC 5’2 because he feels better than him, and he built Robot to be 5’10 because he was supposed to be the best, y’know?) In addition to redrawing each of the frames from the original, I also drew a lot of in-between sorta frames to make it more smooth and have more movement, since it’s kinda obvious watching the original now how little movement there was My favourite part is where Robot is whistling. It was sort of a last minute decision that I did I think after I had already did most of the colouring or something, but it’s my favourite part. And for those of you who are curious about what’s going on in the animatic: Basically, NPC and Robot are showing Grian what he made them go through, and then give him a taste of his own medicine It was sort of the starting point for my fic, Replacement Parts, which was essentially instantly abandoned because I started making SSAU a couple of days later, and it was more or less the same thing (minus Robot’s role in it) I want to thank my amazing Discord server, my pogtastic IRLs, and the Dadskall chat Here’s my plugs!
