I am very excited to continue on this Artist Showcase series, highlighting one of my favourite Pokemon artists, Tomokazu Komiya who has been illustrating for Pokemon since Neo Genesis and has created an impressive 260 cards for the Pokemon Company. Komiya is one of my absolute favourites for his unique, absurdist art style. I love how much character all of Komiya's illustrations have; he does an oustanding job of giving each Pokemon a personality that is at times unpredictable or different from what you'd expact - giving each of his cards a unique and distinctive style.
