Ingredients: Buttom of Cheese Cake🍰 •200 gram Digestive bisquits or grahams cracker •100 gram Butter Middle for Cheese Cake🍰 •5 stick gelatine plater •400 gram cream cheese •3 dl heavy cream •1dl. Sukker For toppings •1 dl. Gele •any decor you love to put in toppings Steps: 1•Melt butter. Crush the biscuits in a food processor and mix in melted butter. Press the mixture into a greased mold and fry the bottom in the middle of the oven for 10-15 minutes. Cool. 2. Place the gelatin plates in water, about 5 minutes. Whisk the heavy cream to the cheese cream with the sugar.Mix in the cream cheese and stir to a smooth cream 3. Squeeze the water out of the gelatin plates and dissolve in about ½ dl of boiling hot water. Cool slightly before stirring the solution into the cream. 4.Spread the cream on top of the fried biscuit bottom. Keep the cake cool for at least 4-5 hours, preferably overnight. 5.Melt a little gel, and allow the liquid to cool. Have the cake over when the cream cheese filling has set. Let the cake cool again until the jelly is stiff. 6.enjoy eating
