Ridge gourd peanut chutney: ridge gourd peel oil-3 spoons jeera/ cumin-1 spoon garlic clove-1 nos green chili-1 nos coriander seeds-1 spoon peanut-3 spoons salt-3/4 th spoon (as per ur taste) tamarind- small marble size (or) tamarind paste-1 spoon process: in a pan add oil cumin, coriander seeds,garlic & green chili let it fry for 1 minute add ridge gourd peel fry in medium flame for 10 minutes ( stir in middle & cover the lid) finally add tamarind cook for 2 minutes & off the flame.(let it cool) take the mixture in a jar & make into a fine paste.. Ridge gourd fry: ingredients: ridge gourd-200 g cumin-1/2 spoon mustard seeds-1/2 spoon red chili-1 nos garlic clove-1 curry leaf-1 string salt-1/2 spoon turmeric-1/4 spoon red chili powder-1/4 spoon oil-3 spoons process: take oil in a pan & add cumin, mustard , garlic & red chili( let mustard seeds splutter up) add curry leaf. add ridge gourd, salt & turmeric fry them till oil ooze out & finally add red chili powder. (while frying adding salt to ridge gourd forms water in pan fry them till water evaporation & oil ooze out) Rasam: oil-3 spoons mustard seeds-1/2 spoon cumin-1/2 spoon coriander seeds-1/4 spoon red chili-1 garlic clove-1 #Andhrathalirecipes#Andhrameals#southIndianvegthali-1#andhrathali#southIndianthali# recipes/THALIS OF INDIA #Andhrathalirecipes#southindianthali#thalisofindia# #andhrathali#andhravegthalirecipes# #south indian veg thali#Andhra veg thali recipes# tamarind water-2-3 cups(lime size soak in water & extract juice) turmeric powder-1/4 spoon black pepper powder-1/2 spoon rasam powder-1 spoon (home made or everest ) curry leaves-1 string chopped coriander-2 spoons process: in a pan take oil mustard, cumin, coriander, red chili, garlic( let mustard splutter up). add tamarind juice, turmeric, salt, black pepper powder let it boil for 15 minutes.off the flame & add curry leaf & coriander.( process in medium flame) cucumber dal (dosakaya pappu) toor dal- 200g water-3 cups cucumber-1 green chili-1( according to ur spicy) turmeric powder-1 spoon red chili powder-1 spoon tomato-1 tamarind- small lemon size oil-4 spoons salt-2 spoons for tempering:mustard seeds-1 spoon urad dal-1 spoon cumin seeds-1 spoon garlic clove-1 curry leaf onion(small)-1 hing-pinch process: in pressure cooker take toor dal, water, tomato, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cucumber, tamarind on top & 1 spoon of oil pressure cook until 3-4 whistles. tempering in small pan tan take oil, mustard, cumin,urad dal (let mustard splutter up) add hing, onion , garlic& curry leaf & fry for 2 minutes. add this tempering to dal(mix up well) finally add salt egg plant masala curry(masala vankaya) ingredients: oil-4 spoons onion(big)-1 salt-1-2 spoons egg plant- 200g turmeric powder-1/4 spoon red chili powder-1 spoon soaked chana dal-2 spoons water-2 cups salt-1 spoon masala preparation- coriander seeds-1 spoon cumin seeds-1 spoon cinnamon 1/2 inch stick-1 cloves-4 nos garlic clove-2 ginger pieces-1 spoon (fry dry masala for 1 minute & add ginger, garlic & clove & blend) chopped coriander kasuri methi-1 spoon (optional) process: oil in pan add onion, salt fry for 2 minutes in medium flame & add egg plant pieces, turmeric, red chili powder, soaked chana dal cook for 15minutes(by covering lid & stir in middle). add 2 cups of water cook fo 10 min( check egg plant & chana dal cooked) add masala, chopped coriander & kasuri methi(optional) lentil chutney powder: • pappula podi/ lentil chutney powder / vega... thanks for watching my videos plz follow my channel & subscribe..
