Slack has 7 Employee Resource Groups, and we've all grown up a lot and strengthened our communities over the last year, even without being physically together. Slack itself is actually a really useful ERG management tool, so here is a quick video of how we run ERG operations, connect with our community, and engage allies using Slack. Specifically, public channels, private channels, and workflows help us accomplish what we need to do, no integrations or other tools needed.
