I felt a bit guilty using Moxie and Magical Seeds to win this fight so I tried go for an alternative method and it actually was a lot more consistent. Whimsicott's purpose is to set up Misty Terrain and provoke the Bronzong into using Heavy Slam instead of Screens. Using Drought gets rid of the Sand and prevents Excadrill from sweeping my whole team. By protecting with Ninetales, we can stall out Excadrill's Seed and take him out next turn. My idea was to use Helping Hand + Sun + Fire Gem to take down the Bronzong and Excadrill at once. For some reason, the Fire Gem didn't proc but it still killed anyways. Maybe the Fire Gem was a bit extra then? With Mega Gallade and Milotic next on the field, I had to basically predict which Pokemon the AI was going to target. I thought Gallade was going to go for a Leaf Blade on Vaporeon so I switched out to Rotom-C and used Protect on Ninetales just to scout. It was sick predictions. I'm pretty the Z-Hypnosis would have been for Ninetales then. But Gallade opted for Drain Punch instead so that really worked out well. Assuming that the AI would do the same thing, I opted to switch out Ninetales (to use more Sun later) and open up Rotom-C's Discharge. Wide Guard scares the AI into not using Blizzard anymore, which allows Rotom-C to get off another free Discharge. Assuming that they were going to try to knock out Rotom-C next (as well as spam Blizzards since Swampert was dead), I switched out and got off a boosted Heat Wave again. The crit on Gallade didn't matter since I think it was a two-shot from there. Ninetales was going to die there no matter what since I get outsped by both Megas. I bait both attacks on Vaporeon with Protect and use boosted Heat Wave to take out both. From there, it was just alternating Protects and attacks to get off the most damage. The burn on Scizor was very lucky and allowed Vaporeon to live, but I don't think it would have matter too much in the long run as Arcanine could finish the job with a mix of PP Stalling, Morning SUn and Heat Wave. Likewise, if it were to keep going for Brutal Swing, Rotom-C would outspeed and do some damage as well. Pretty nice fight.
