VS of a group of motorcycle mounted infantrymen riding their machines across country, they reach an embankment where they jump off and set up their rifles and fire across field. VS of group of infantrymen arriving at manoeuvre area in truck, they then under go manoeuvres in the field using light machine guns, mortar and rifles. CU Mortar crew firing. VS of men practising the setting up of tank trap on country lane, they lay barbed wire across road and place land mines in the road. A tank painted to represent a German tank comes around the corner stops at the wire and an officer dressed as a German stands up in the tank and puts his hands up.
