I built DIY vacuum wood kiln for my workshop

After much research about the most effective ways to dry wood i came up with this idea. Its a vacuum kiln derived from an old gas cylinder. It can dry wood from 100% moisture content to less that 10 in approximately 3 days with minimum checking. I use silicone heat pads to gently heat the wood in 3 stages using an arduino that switches an SCR. The arduino software has timers that gradually increase the heat into the wood from 35c to 60c until the wood is completely dry.
