Semi-abstract painting process. Ink and acrylic paint. In the artist's studio.

This film shows the whole semi-abstract painting process, from priming to the final image. I have spent three sessions with this painting, plus a day for priming. My inspiration was the painting "Two Tahitian Women" from 1899 by Paul Gauguin (7 June 1848 – 8 May 1903). As a canvas, I have used secondhand banners made from vinyl; as a part of my painting project Art Recycling https://beznic.co.uk/painting/banners/.
