Recipes: Choco Chunks Cookies & Goon Fish Curry Choco Chunks Cookies & Goon Fish Curry | Food Diaries | Zarnak Sidhwa | 24th Sep 2023 | MasalaTv Subscribe To MasalaTV Recipes YouTube Channel! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Choco Chunks Cookies WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients : Dark chocolate 300-gram Milk chocolate 100 gram Brown Sugar 100 gram Butter 85 gram Peanut butter, crunchy 100 gram Egg 1 Vanilla Essence ½ tsp Flour 100 gram Baking powder 1 tsp Salted roasted Peanut 100 gram Method : Chop 200g of the plain chocolate into chunks. Chop the milk chocolate into chunks too. Melt the remaining dark chocolate add in the sugar, butter, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla, and beat until well mixed. Stir in the flour, all the milk chocolate chunks, nuts, and half the plain chocolate chunks. The mixture will feel quite soft. Drop big spoonfuls onto baking sheets, leaving room for them to spread. Stick the remaining chunks into the cookies. Bake at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes or until they are done around the edges. They will be soft in the middle but will crisp up as they cool. Let them cool and firm up for a few minutes on the baking sheet then lift off with a wide spatula onto a cooling rack. Fish Curry Written Recipe : Ingredients : Red Chilli Powder ½ tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 2 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Fenugreek powder 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves Ground Cloves cloves garlic 6 Ginger 1 tbsp Tamarind puree 2 tbsp Onion chopped 1 Curry : Ingredients : Black Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Onion Thinly Sliced Oil 3 tbsp Tomato Paste 1 tbsp Tomato puree 2 Coconut Milk 400 ml Salt 1/4 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp Green Chilli 2 Tomato chopped 1 Fish 600 grams (boneless and cube) For Garnish: Coriander Leaves as required Green Chilies as required Boiled rice/kachumber as required Method : Place curry past ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth, Adding some water, heat oil, add black mustard seeds, and let them sizzle, Add onion and let brown, ad curry past and cook for few minutes, Add tomato paste and pureed tomatoes, cook for few minutes, add water, coconut milk, sugar, salt and red chili powder, Simmer on low heat, add tomato and green chili, add fish, stir, cook for 3 to 4 minutes until fish easily flakes, Do not stir a lot or fish might break, Garnish with coriander and green chilies, Serve with boiled rice and kachumber. #chocochunkcookies #goonfish #fishcurry #masalatv #masalarecipe #masalatvrecipes #fooddiaries #zarnaksidhwa If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel or go to our Website: https://www.masala.tv/
