Bilkul 👍 Sirf ingredients + steps: ⸻ 🥕 Ingredients • 1 kg gajar (sticks) • 1kg gobhi (medium florets) 1 kg shalgam (slices) • 300 gmscup gud (grated) • 150 to 200 gms sarson ka tel • 150 ml sirka •75 gms+1tbsp namak (ya taste) • 1 tbsp haldi • 2 tbsp lal mirch powder kashmiri .50 gms jeera 50 gms rai 1tbsp kali mirch Bay leaf-4 Black cardmom- 7 to 8 Hng-1tsp Ginger-100 gms Garlic-100 gms ⸻ 👩🍳 Recipe Steps 1. Sab sabziyon ko wash karke poori tarah sukha lo. 2. Gajar aur shalgam sticks mein, gobhi medium florets mein kaat lo. 3. Sabziyon ko dhoop mein 2–3 ghante halka sa sukhne do (moisture kam ho). 4. Kadai mein sarson ka tel smoke aane tak garam karo, phir thoda thanda hone do. 5. Isi tel mein sabziyan daal kar 3–4 min tez aanch par halka sa bhuno, gas band karo. 6. Ek bowl mein haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder, saunf, methi dana, kalonji, ajwain, kali mirch aur namak mix karo. 7. Gud ko alag pan mein 2–3 tbsp pani ke saath halka garam karke pighla lo (ek taar jaisa). 8. Masala mix mein pighla hua gud aur sirka daal kar achhe se mila lo. 9. Bhuni hui sabziyan masale mein daal kar achhi tarah coat karo. 10. Bacha hua garam sarson ka tel upar se daal kar mix karo. 11. Saaf, dry glass jar mein bhar kar 1–2 din room temperature par rehne do. 12. Roz ek baar saaf chamach se hilao. 2 din baad achar ready. 13. Fridge mein store karo. ⸻ Ye wala achar paratha, dal-chawal, thepla sab ke saath killer lagta hai 😋🔥
