Professor Dr Rudolf Klein is a Professor of Architectural History in Budapest, Hungary. His research interests are history and theory of 19th and 20th century architecture, architecture and ethnic or confessional identity in the 19th and 20th centuries, Synagogues in Central Europe, among others. He is the author of more than 15 books and monographs, numerous research articles. He has traveled and lectured extensively at many universities throughout the world. In this film, Prof Klein is presenting details about the life and work of József Vágó, one of the most important and most influential architects from Oradea, from the Art Nouveau period.
