Tommy Genesis is entering a new era, preparing to release her most personal and intimate music yet with new album 'Genesis,' which is executive produced by Take A Daytrip. Accompanied only by a guitarist in the Medium Sized Backyard, Tommy puts the focus on her lyrics, rapping about overcoming demons, embracing her identity, and maintaining integrity in the face of temptation. She plays four songs from her new album, including three which are currently unreleased. Tommy is a veteran at this point, emerging a decade ago releasing music with Awful Records out of Atlanta and having worked with everyone from Lana Del Rey and Charli XCX to JPEGMAFIA and Father.
