The WLtoys 144001 is still one of the BEST Cheap RC Cars you can buy. Stock out the box it's good fun, but with a Brushless System it's insane! (You don't need to go crazy, just a mild brushless (10.5T/3650kv) would be a nice fast upgrade. Compare this build to any of the Top RC Speed Cars and you'll see why I called it a 'Budget' Build. This costs less than 2 High End Speed Run Lipos, or a Castle Mamba XLX2 etc... It's not 'Cheap'... but it is 100% a Budget Build! The WLtoys 124019 is also crazy fast for the same/similar money!
