Wide Kerf Blade in a Small Festool Saw?? [video 605]

In this one I’ll be fitting a wide-kerf flat ground #grooving blade to the little #Festool #tablesaw, and I’ll look at what I needed to do the saw to make that work, why I’d want to do this, and for what end result. Be aware that making a non-through cut like this will require the manufacturers blade guard to be removed. Your safety is your responsibility; I would not attempt this personally on a saw that doesn’t have a sliding table and if you feel at all uncomfortable when considering cuts like these you should not attempt them.
