The word clairvoyant suggests extraordinary abilities like perceiving auras or astral presences—yet its definition is simply “clear seeing.” We all want to perceive our inner and outer world more clearly, and clairvoyance can help us to do just that. Clairvoyance allows us to experience what is present before us—not only to the eyes and other senses of the physical body, but also to the inner senses: the heart-to-heart connection experienced in the astral/emotional body as empathy; the mind-to-mind connection experienced in the mental body as understanding; and the soul-to-soul connection experienced in the causal body as spiritual love. When practiced thus, clairvoyance becomes a means of spiritual unfolding without tears of frustration or fears of being led astray.
