Crazy Refraction Time Lapse! - Ferry from 12.7 km - Observation #11

Another late afternoon/early evening observation from the same spot as the last few. This was from about 2.5 feet, in between my 8 inch camera and my 4.5 foot camera. Stable camera didn't move except for the last part. Longer videos still coming soon on my last 3 observations will go into detail about what we are seeing and why. I had to make this quick for a break from long projects that never seem to get finished. I also got a bunch of new music to use in videos! Pick a point (like the ferry dock) on the far shoreline and watch it never disappear (except into inferior mirage near the beginning) as refraction changes the image rapidly (2.5 hours compressed to 2.5 minutes). Air and water temperatures measured about the same and the air only got cooler.
